Care should be taken that the vegetables do not melt
Ingredients: To reduce the weakness, prepare a dish with the following ingredients: 1 cup of thinly sliced papaya, 1 cup of chichinga cut into long pieces, 1 cup of shrimp also cut into long pieces, 1 cup of cut kale, 1 cup of cut gourd, 1 cup of oil, sugar to taste, and 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
Method: Peel all the vegetables and cut them as per instructions. Boil the vegetables with water. Care should be taken that the vegetables do not melt. When it boils, take it down. Now heat the oil and add fenugreek, mustard seeds and ginger. When done, pour the vegetables. Saute for 3-4 minutes and season with salt, sugar, green chillies.
